The first house hosts 1 ensuite double bedroom on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table on the ground floor, which leads to a cozy living room with a fireplace. The lower level of the 1st house includes another cozy living room with 2 sofas which can be used as single or double beds, a closet room, 2 single bedrooms which can be used for the staff , a bathroom, and a guest WC. The second house features 4 ensuite double bedrooms on the ground floor with private and independent entrances.

The outdoor area of the villa features a swimming pool with several sunbeds shaded by umbrellas, a gas BBQ and an external preparation area, an outdoor WC and some dining and lounge areas.
