The property accommodates up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with 3 additional WCs, while each villa maintains its own entrance, parking area and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to enjoy both shared moments and complete privacy within the estate.
Designed with modern Cycladic architecture and contemporary comfort, Villa Nysa blends elegant interiors with expansive outdoor areas that fully embrace the island lifestyle. The guest house is offered exclusively as an annex to the villas, providing additional accommodation when required and completing the layout of this private estate.
