Villa Philippa II, a brand-new luxury 5-bedroom villa, is located in the area of Molos, one of the most idyllic locations in Paros Island, very close to unspoiled beaches! A unique property with amazing views to the Aegean sea, ideal for large group of friends or families. It is split into two levels and can accommodate 10 guests in total.
On the top level is the master bedroom, two double bedrooms, one semi double bedroom while on the ground level guests can find a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom with independent access.
The outdoor spaces feature a swimming pool with salted water, a beautiful garden and various relaxing spots.
* For larger groups, the property can be rented along with its 8-bedroom sister Villa Philippa I.
