Welcome to Villa Malinda, a spacious Cycladic retreat set on a 6,480 m² plot in Makria Myti on the west coast of Paros, overlooking Antiparos and the small islets nearby. Designed across independent volumes for maximum privacy, the villa unfolds in bright whitewashed interiors, elegant island aesthetics and expansive living spaces that open directly to the outdoors.
A large sea-water pool, flat terraces and shaded lounge areas create a seamless flow toward the Aegean, while carefully crafted lighting transforms the villa into a serene hideaway at night. The property includes several ensuite bedrooms with private entrances, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor–outdoor dining setup and a comfortable living area with fireplace and pool views.
