Villa Josephine, a beachfront property on Antiparos Island with direct access to the beach consisting of 8 bedrooms, able to accommodate 14 guests. It is a traditional property with high ceilings and sizeable common spaces.

The villa consists of 8 bedrooms in total. 4 of these have a double bed and en-suite bathrooms. Two more en-suite bedrooms include a single bed each. There is also a guesthouse with 2 separate, yet connecting rooms, each with a double bed and a shared bathroom with shower.

The property has a dedicated gym room. Large living room, a spacious kitchen including a dining table a bar and an outdoor dining space by the kitchen area. There are 2 external living areas, one by the pool and one by the garden.

Outdoor:
The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Through a path via the garden, a door leads to the beach, where there are more sunbeds offered from the villa. Also showers and WC by the beach door. Within the plot there is a small building with two toilet restrooms, next to the door leading to the beachfront.  The outdoor area also includes a wood stove and grill.

The villa has staff quarters with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a small house in the back yard, where cleaning staff resides and it consists of a double bed and a bathroom.
