Villa Genevieve is an eco-conscious, minimalist villa of approximately 180 sq.m., accommodating up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a main house and two independent guesthouses.
The main residence features three luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances, two dining areas (indoor & outdoor), and a spacious living room with fireplace. Underfloor cooling and heating, ceiling fans, and thoughtful architectural flow ensure comfort throughout the year.
The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with natural herbs and integrates seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The saltwater infinity pool overlooks the rolling hills of Paros and the open sea, offering unmatched sunset and moonrise views.
Two independent guesthouses enhance privacy and flexibility:
Guest House 1 includes a living room with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas.
Guest House 2 offers a kitchenette, living area, one bedroom with a private bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor seating areas.
