Genevieve is an eco friendly, minimal 180sq m. villa with 3 bedrooms in the main building and 2 guests houses with 3 bathrooms. The villa is ideal for families and groups with total capacity of 12 guests.
This villa is built into the hillside of Kostos and it has striking views to the islands of Mikonos, Delos, Renea, Tinos and Naxos. It is surrounded by a verdant garden filled with natural herbs and it has an infinity pool with salty water. It is a contemporary villa with a soul.
As you step into the main house, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a thoughtful layout and 2 dining areas, one interior and one exterior. The main house also has a floor cooling and heating system as well as ceiling fans. Then you’ll find a comfortable living room with a fireplace which provides a cozy ambiance and harnessing the beauty of indoor living.
The three luxurious bedrooms which are in the main house have en-suite bathrooms.
The separate guest houses offer an additional retreat within the villa, ensuring privacy and convenience.
Guest House 1, features a spacious living room which enjoys wonderful sea views and a fully equipped kitchen, that gives the guests a sense of seamless living between the inside and the outside. Also, it features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and several outdoor lounge and dining areas.
Guest House 2, features a kitchenette, a living room and a comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom. Also it has a direct access to the outdoor seating area of the guesthouses.
This villa promises a truly extraordinary stay on the beautiful island of Paros, close to the nature while enjoying the endless views and silence since there are no neighbors around.
