On the lower level there are 2 additional and spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and each with their own wardrobe or walking closet. The lower level has an additional twin bedroom with the bathroom located on the lower-level grounds.
When rented along with neighboring Villa Fiona II, Villa Fiona I is an ideal location for two families or a large party looking for adjacent propertied each with their own private outdoor area and pools. The villas share the parking area of the property.
The villas are separated by the private quarters of the live in staff.
