Designed to accommodate up to twelve guests in complete comfort, Villa Fiona I features six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. Three sea-facing master suites are located on the main level, each opening onto private terraces with breathtaking island views. On the lower level, two additional master suites offer walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, while a stylish twin bedroom provides a welcoming space for children or additional guests.

Life at Villa Fiona I revolves around its exceptional outdoor spaces. Guests can spend their days relaxing by the infinity pool, enjoying leisurely lunches in the shaded dining area or unwinding in the elegant lounge spaces. For those wishing to stay active during their holiday, guests also have access to a shared padel court, offering the opportunity to combine leisure and sport in a beautiful Aegean setting. The court is located on a neighbouring property, approximately a three-minute drive from the villa, and is shared between three villas. As access is subject to availability, advance reservation is required. While it is not located within the villa grounds nor reserved exclusively for Villa Fiona I guests, it provides a wonderful additional experience for those looking to enjoy an active stay in Paros.

For larger groups, Villa Fiona I can be rented together with neighbouring Villa Fiona II, creating an outstanding private estate for families or friends travelling together. Each villa maintains its own infinity pool, outdoor living areas and complete independence, while the private staff quarters positioned between the two properties ensure maximum privacy throughout the stay.
