Villa Euphoria is a brand-new property, very close to Paroikia area. The property has easy access to the waterfront via a path through the garden.

The villa is uniquely designed to accommodate large groups and offer privacy at the same time. The main house has mostly common spaces, such as the living room, indoor dining room and the kitchen which has access from the pool level and the back side of the property.

The spacious living room offers a large Smart TV and comfortable couches, also a fireplace. The dining room is separate from the kitchen and the living room, with access to a veranda that faces the sea and has its own outdoor dining table. The kitchen area has a large built-in couch as well as chairs to accommodate up to 10 guests. Also, a bar area with stools.

There is a staircase that leads to the higher level, of which the first bedrooms are found on the right. One bedroom includes a double bed and the second two twin beds that can be combined to a king-size bed. These two rooms share a balcony facing the pool and a bathroom which includes a tub.

On the higher level is where the master bedroom is located. With a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom offering double sinks. From the master bedroom, guests can access the rooftop which has been designed to enjoy the Parian sunsets.

The lower level of the main house is gracefully designed with two large L shaped couches, one of two can become a double bed. Also, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom. This room has access from an indoor staircase and the outdoors with a separate entrance. The property also offers 4 guesthouses. These are all equipped with AC, Smeg fridge and Smeg kettle and Nespresso machines. The guesthouses have independent entrances. One of these can accommodate 4 guests as it has a sofa bed.

The outdoor area is surrounded by multiple lounge and a few dining areas. On the garden level there is a large round shaped couch with a firepit in the middle. This stunning villa offers relaxing vibes in a modern setting for a memorable stay.
