Villa Cecilia III is a combination of 2 sister villas. Both located on the same plot; however, these are semi-detached as they have independent entrances and 2 separate swimming pools. A great place for large groups of friends or family, travelling together.
Cecilia III is a complex of 2 villas with pools, set in 12,000 sqm of Mediterranean landscape. Stroll across the villas’ garden dotted with mature olive trees, succulent fruit trees and fragrant herbs such as lavender, thyme and basil. As a beachfront property with walking access to a sandy beach, you have the opportunity to watch the kite surfers jump above the water with the island of Antiparos in the background.
Together the villas consist of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, with special, vast outdoor and indoor areas.
Cecilia I offers 4 bedrooms , 2 ensuite master bedrooms (one on the first floor), and 2 king size bedrooms with shared bathrooms, both with access to an outdoor terrace with shaded seating area.
Cecilia II with 4 bedrooms, all found on the ground floor, also consists of 2 ensuite master bedrooms and 2 king size bedrooms with shared bathrooms, both with access to an outdoor terrace with shaded seating area.
Cecilia III is a great option for a relaxing vacation, with privacy and direct access to the beach, enchanting you with stunning sea views.
