Villa Amalthea I is a beachfront luxury property spanning approximately 400 sq.m., set directly on a golden sandy beach on the south side of Skiathos, at Agia Paraskevi. With five bedrooms arranged across three levels and a private infinity pool, the villa offers a rare combination of direct beach access, generous living spaces and uninterrupted sunset views.
A secluded sandy beach lies just steps from the villa, equipped with private sunbeds and umbrellas exclusively for guests, creating a true private beach experience. The location is both tranquil and convenient, approximately a 15-minute drive from Skiathos Airport, the port and Skiathos Town, while shops and traditional tavernas are within walking distance.
The ground floor features an outdoor shaded sitting area, a wine cellar, a laundry room, one spacious en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and two additional en-suite bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms open onto private verandas with beautiful sea views.
The first floor hosts the fully equipped kitchen, a large indoor living room with dining area and fireplace, as well as an independent bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed, ideal as a playroom or additional sleeping area. An independent bathroom is located nearby. The infinity swimming pool is also situated on this level, accompanied by an outdoor lounge area, BBQ grill, outdoor fridge and an outdoor shower — perfect for relaxed evenings overlooking the sea.
The second floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, private bathroom, separate WC, walk-in closet and a small study/library. The bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony with a sofa, offering panoramic views of the Aegean.
An additional outdoor shower and fridge are available at beach level, enhancing the villa’s seamless connection to the sea.
