Villa Details
Villa Amalthea I, is a beachfront 400 sqm property, with 5-bedrooms spread on 3 floors and an infinity pool. A secluded golden sandy beach with private sunbeds and umbrellas is right at your doorstep.
The villa is located on the south part of the island, at Agia Paraskevi beach which is approximately 15-minute drive from the airport, the port and the town of Skiathos. Close to villa Amalthea I, you will find many convenient stores and tavernas within walking distance.
The villa spreads on 3 floors: The ground floor features an outdoor shaded sitting area, a wine cellar, a laundry room, a large en-suite bedroom with a king Size double bed and two large en-suite bedrooms with 2 single beds. All of the bedrooms opening onto private verandas with wonderful sea view.
The indoor of the 1st floor features the fully equipped kitchen, a large indoor living room with a dining table, a fireplace, and a large independent bedroom with 2 single beds, a double sofa bed-which can also be a playroom and a large independent bathroom close to the bedroom.
The infinity swimming pool is located on the 1st floor as well, accompanied with an outdoor lounge area with glorious evening sea view, a BBQ grill, an outdoor fridge and an outdoor shower.
The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate wc, a walk-in closet, a small study library, and a king size bed, opening onto a large balcony with a sofa to enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
An outdoor shower and a fridge exist on the beach level as well.
Villa Amalthea I is pet friendly and provide to the guests ping-pong table, football table, water sports paraphernalia (balls, beach racquets, inflatable mattresses/animals, football mini goal etc.) and 2 hobie pedal kayaks.
