Villa Amalthea II is a 300 sq.m. beachfront luxury property set directly on a golden sandy beach on the south side of Skiathos, at Agia Paraskevi. Designed across two levels and accommodating up to 14 guests, the villa offers a rare combination of direct beach access, privacy and spacious accommodation for larger families and groups.
A secluded sandy beach with private sunbeds and umbrellas lies right in front of the villa, creating a true private beach experience. The location is both peaceful and practical, approximately a 15-minute drive from Skiathos Airport, the port and Skiathos Town, while shops and tavernas are within walking distance.
The ground floor includes two en-suite bedrooms: one with two large twin extra-long beds and one with a king-size bed, both opening onto a veranda with mesmerizing sea views. This level also houses the laundry facilities.
The first floor hosts four additional en-suite bedrooms. These include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and sea views, two bedrooms with twin extra-long beds (one with exceptional sea views), and one further bedroom with a king-size bed and uninterrupted views of the Aegean. Outdoor living areas on this level feature a shaded sitting area with panoramic sea views and an outdoor dining table ideal for al fresco meals.
Indoor living spaces total approximately 150 sq.m. and include a comfortable living area with sofas and a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The outdoor area spans an additional 150 sq.m. and features multiple lounge areas, sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor showers and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, allowing guests to live effortlessly between sea, terrace and interior spaces.
All bedrooms at Villa Amalthea II offer independent access and can accommodate an extra bed or baby cot upon request. All bathrooms are equipped with adjustable-height power showers for added comfort.
Villa Amalthea II is located adjacent to its sister property, Villa Amalthea I, and the two villas can be rented together, offering an exceptional solution for very large groups or multi-family gatherings.
