Located on the peaceful southern coast of Paros, just minutes from Farragas Beach and the charming village of Alyki, Villa Fiona III is an exceptional private estate combining neighbouring Villa Fiona I and Villa Fiona II into one exclusive retreat. Perfect for large families, groups of friends and special celebrations, the estate offers privacy, elegant Cycladic architecture and breathtaking views across the Aegean Sea.
Together, the two villas accommodate up to 22 guests across 11 en-suite bedrooms. Villa Fiona I features six en-suite bedrooms, a private infinity pool, spacious outdoor living areas and spectacular sunset views, while Villa Fiona II offers five en-suite bedrooms, beautifully landscaped gardens, generous indoor and outdoor spaces, and its own private infinity pool. Both villas enjoy independent entrances, expansive terraces, shaded lounge areas, alfresco dining spaces and fully equipped BBQ facilities, allowing guests to enjoy complete comfort while staying together.
Guests also have access to a shared padel court, located on a neighbouring property approximately three minutes away by car. Shared between three villas, the court is available upon request, subject to availability, and requires advance reservation.
