This elegant stone-built villa in Paros is designed across two levels and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The ground floor features a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen, along with two master bedrooms offering king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the same level, there are two additional guest rooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, both offering direct access to the pool area.
The lower level includes another master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a shower, as well as a private gym for daily workouts.
A highlight of the property is the independent 70 sqm studio, located on the left side of the villa. It includes a large bedroom, coffee bar, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and a veranda overlooking the pool — ensuring privacy and unobstructed views for all guests.
Outdoors, the villa offers a private swimming pool, multiple lounging areas, a shaded dining table for al fresco meals, and a BBQ with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. An upper-level lounge and outdoor jacuzzi complete the experience.
