A beautiful three level villa, located in Kamini, only a few steps from the idyllic port of Hydra. Villa Sylvia was originally the house and art studio of a renowned Greek artist. The wide terraces offering breathtaking views of the sea and the nearby coasts, create an ideal spot for relaxation and unforgettable sunsets!
Villa Sylvia features 6 bedrooms split in to 3 levels:
On the ground level there are two double en-suite bedrooms with separate entrances sharing a kitchenette and a large courtyard with a Mediterranean garden on the side and sea views.
On the middle level there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, lounge area and kitchenette, connecting to an en-suite double bedroom with walk-in shower. Next door with separate entrance, en-suite double bedroom with walk-in shower. Outdoors access to traditional balcony with stone arches and a large patio.
On the top level there there is one double bedroom with sea view, a living area with sofa turning to a double bed and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
