The house consists of an outdoor area, featuring a 80 sqm pool, lounge and dining areas.
The indoor area includes 3 independent guest bedrooms on the west side of the property, and the master bedroom is located independently on the east side of the pool, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. All areas have unobstructed sea views.
In the lower level is 1 staff room with single bed and en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and the laundry room.
