Villa Topaz is located right above the harbor of Spetses. A historic island with an exceptional vibe.
The layout offers privacy and exclusivity to its guests. On the ground level, are all the common spaces, such as the fully equipped kitchen opening to the main dining room, the living room with a fireplace and access to the lounge area and the balcony as well as the second living room with the TV. The same floor has an independent guestroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The first floor consists of the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views. Also, there are two more bedrooms, one including a double bed with a separate bathroom and walk-in shower and the second with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, there is one more guestroom with a separate bathroom, with access to the garden. The same level has the laundry facilities as well as an ice machine.
The outdoor space has plenty of lounge spaces, sunbeds and two dining tables with access to the blossomed garden.
This secluded villa can offer the ideal relaxing vacation as well as, the night life someone may desire!
