The main house on the upper ground floor is composed of a large living room with a cozy fireplace area, a dining area, a charming kitchen, a guest bathroom (WC), a breakfast area, a very spacious master bedroom with en-suite walk-in closet and bathroom, as well as a small office space.

The lower level of the main house disposes a living room, two bedrooms with twin beds sharing one bathroom and a private veranda, a smaller bedroom with en-suite bathroom to be used for the staff, a laundry and a big storage / utility room. On the same level but with a private entrance there is an independent guest house composed by a big double room and a smaller room sharing a big bathroom and a equipped kitchenette and a private verandas, perfect for accommodating 4/5 guests.

There is an external staircase for the first floor where there is a beautiful bedroom, a kitchenette and living area with access to a great views veranda. The pool had a shaded living area with a pergola and a kitchenette. There is also enough parking space for three cars.
