The property comprises of 2 levels. The upper level features the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, three en-suite bedrooms (out of which 2 masters) and the guest bathroom.
The outdoor area of the upper level features the infinity pool (which is heated upon request), the exterior dining area, the built-in barbeque and the preparation area, an outdoor gym and several lounge areas to relax a enjoy the striking sea view. Also, the outdoor upper level features a guest room with independent entrance.
At the lower level, there are another 2 master bedrooms with a shared balcony overlooking Ftelia Bay and a second guest room with independent entrance (outside of the main unit).
