Villa Rondella is the ideal holiday resort for large groups. It is a stunning estate, built on top of the sea in walking distance from the seaside and the most beautiful beaches of Kalo Livadi. It has magnificent sea view and blends in perfectly with the Greek carefree holiday mood, allowing everybody to create unforgettable and blissful memories.

It is split into four levels. In the ground level there are 7 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

The outdoor area has an infinity swimming pool with magnificent unobstructed sea view, a shaded professional BBQ area, shaded pergolas all around the house, an outdoor Jacuzzi and large outdoor space specially designed for children’s activities.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms shaded with pergolas.

The basement has 2 more bedrooms, a fully equipped gym, a massage room equipped with professional massage table, a steam room, a jacuzzi, feet spa, a safety room and a laundry room.

The upper level has 4 guest rooms with sea view and access to a balcony.

Villa Rondella has 17 bedrooms that can host 34 guests and some more bedrooms for staff. It is located in Kalo Livadi area and it is close to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island!
