Villa Poema I is a brand-new luxury villa in Syros, designed by Syros-based architect Giorgos Evripiotis and set within a private 2.5-acre property near the elegant coastal village of Poseidonia. The villa enjoys walking access to two of the island’s finest beaches, Komito and Agathopes, via a scenic path through the landscaped garden, while offering uninterrupted sunset views over the Aegean.

Arranged over two levels, the villa is designed for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The upper level hosts the main shared living spaces, including a spacious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest WC, and a dining area seating up to 12 guests. On the same level, the master bedroom features a super king-size bed, ceiling fan, and panoramic sea and pool views.

The lower level includes the remaining bedrooms and additional facilities. Three en-suite double bedrooms feature king-size beds and sea or pool views. One en-suite bedroom can be configured as a double or twin, making it ideal for families or friends. This level also includes a kitchenette with wine fridge, a fully equipped laundry room with separate washer and dryer, and a private gym, offering guests the flexibility to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed island living and social gatherings. Two separate shaded pergola areas provide space for yoga, relaxation, or casual lounging. The private pool features sunbeds for up to 10 guests, while the pool area includes a bathroom with changing room and an outdoor shower. A dedicated bar area, a Weber BBQ, an adjoining outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor dining table seating up to 14 guests create the perfect setting for long summer evenings.

The garden, curated by renowned landscape architect Helli Pangalou, reflects the natural vegetation of Syros, featuring lavender, rosemary, thyme, olive, pomegranate, and wattle trees—enhancing the villa’s tranquil and authentic Cycladic atmosphere.
