Located in the southeastern part of Antiparos, just moments from the renowned Soros Beach, Villa Olympia is part of a unique gated estate composed of five independent villas. Designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape, the estate blends minimalist whitewashed Cycladic architecture with impressive dry-stone walls and lush Mediterranean gardens filled with native plants and herbs.
The villas are arranged to ensure privacy while maintaining a sense of openness and connection to the natural environment. A private path leads directly to a secluded pebble beach just in front of the estate, offering an authentic and tranquil seaside experience.
Villa Olympia spans approximately 370 sq.m. and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms. Two ensuite double bedrooms and one twin bedroom ideal for children are complemented by four additional ensuite double guest rooms, offering flexibility and independence for families and groups.
Outdoor shaded lounge and dining areas open onto magnificent views and a large swimming pool, creating a calm and social setting for relaxed island living. Guests also have access to shared estate amenities, including a private tennis court, a basketball court and a small chapel, enhancing the experience of a true private resort.
For larger gatherings, Villa Olympia can be combined with a neighboring 5-bedroom villa within the estate, making it an excellent option for extended families or groups of friends traveling together.
