Just 300m from the main village of Koufonissi and a few minutes from the sea, Villa Mabelia 1 is built on a plot of 6300m2, in the private, 2 villas traditional architectural complex; surrounded by a large garden, a small melon field and a herbs patch – guests here feel free to pick some of the fresh bio vegetables during their stay!
All 3 bedrooms in the ground level have sea view, air condition, a French door with a screen sieve, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, drawers, satellite TV, DVD player, safe box, telephone, Internet.
In the lower level are the gym and SPA area, laundry room and one more bedroom that sleeps 3 guests.
