Villa Karina in the idyllic island of Patmos, is a newly constructed villa sitting on a secluded landscape on a private land of 9000sqm, offering beautiful views of Kampos beach, which is a few minutes drive away. The property is tranquil and yet not isolated. Architecturally harmonious with its surroundings, the house is built with visible hand crafted local stone by a famous architect and is minimally modern, yet invitingly cozy.

Villa Karina is comprised of two separate buildings offering personal space and privacy.

The main volume is a two-level building with its own separate entrances on each level. On the upper floor you find the main sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a studio apartment with two single beds, a sitting area with a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The Guesthouse situated 15 meters away, is composed of two identical guestrooms with their own bathroom -sleeps 4 people. The first room has a double bed and the second two single beds.

Spacious patios and verandas tie the property together offering its guests plenty of beautiful moments to absorb the sun, the view and the colors of the Mediterrenean landscape.
