Villa Iris can accommodate 10 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms and two separate guesthouses. It is situated on a secluded hill overlooking the magical beach of Kalo Ampeli and enjoys stunning views from every single corner.
In the main villa, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a modern fireplace and an open-plan kitchen; all of these spaces have access to the pool and the outdoor sitting and dining areas. On the same level, there are three stylish double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level, there is a playroom with a ping pong table and a gym. The property also has 2 independent guesthouses with their own living and sitting areas.
A bright blue infinity swimming pool complements the main shaded areas, ideal for dining and relaxing; an island setting to absorb the amazing views of the Aegean sea that spans in front of the villa.
Built with style and finesse, Villa Iris is decorated with off-white elegant colors. The interiors and the exteriors respect the local style and the surrounding area is full of Mediterranean trees and gardens.
