It is located in Limanakia area of Porto Heli, the Greek Riviera. The masterpiece of the house is the large, all day lounging terrace by the pool overlooking the vineyard and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. There is also a fully equipped & open plan kitchen. The dining room is also facing the pool area including a large community table. The house offers multiple lounge areas, in a shaded terrace. The combination of stone, wood and lush bougainvillea-filled garden create a serene, relaxing, warm, Mediterranean atmosphere.

There is a path around the plot and goes along the property for evening walks. There is available a synthetic turf tennis court to play tennis or football. Beach lovers will enjoy the turquoise waters of the two beaches in front of the estate in a bay that is protected from the ‘meltemi’ northern winds during summer.

The house in the lower level has four spacious rooms with balconies and is ideal for families due to size of the rooms and the additional built-in sofas that turn into to twin beds for young kids. The ground level consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them master bedrooms. One room has twin beds that could be a king size bed. The bonus, guesthouse, is the last bedroom of the house! Independently accessed, offering uninterrupted sea views.

Vila Ibiscus is suitable for up to 16 people in 8 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, central air conditioning and heating system as well as ceiling fans. Additional, there are 2 rooms for staff use.
