A unique 15th century historical villa in the Chora of Patmos!
Villa Details
The history of Villa Hilda goes back to 1453 when the original owners, among 100 Byzantine families, fled to Patmos after the fall of Constantinople. Completely refurbished a few years ago, Villa Hilda preserved the sense of place and history in the traditional Patmian style, with a few modern touches.
In a quiet part of Chora, just behind the town hall, one of this house’s hidden assets is its glorious interior courtyard, which unfolds around three impressive byzantine arches and the original well that dates from 1474.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this unique heritage property is very convenient for a large family or a group of friends.
