Villa Heloise is a luxurious and modern property located near the vibrant town of Mykonos island.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. The entrance floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor area. Also the living room with a TV, the indoor dining area for 10 guests and the comfortable built in sofas. There is a guest WC and the spacious wine room.
The 1st master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, it has a walk-in closet and an open plan en-suite bathroom with shower & a bath tub. This room has access to the pool via the balcony doors. The 2nd master bedroom with a queen-size bed as well, it has en-suite bathroom with shower. The 3rd room consists of a double bed with en-suite bathroom including a shower and access to the pool area through the balcony doors. Lastly, the 4th room, also with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and access t0 the pool. Within the plot and with a fully independent entrance, there is a large apartment which can host 4 guests or a family. There is a lounge area with a sofa bed, including a kitchenette, TV en-suite bathroom and sea view. The bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom & shower.
The outdoor boasts an infinity pool (20×4 meters), loungers, spacious lounge areas, a home theater, a kitchenette next to the built in gas BBQ and a dining table accommodating 12 guests for al fresco meals. The mesmerizing view of the sunset and the endless blue is majestic.
