The Main House is spread over three levels: the ground floor features living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a large glass partition with stunning sea views; the upper level boasts two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a glass roof for stargazing; the lower level includes a private gym, a projection (cinema)area, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate exit and an additional bedroom for staff.
Each Guest House contains a bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette. The villa also features an 175 sq.m swimming pool with a 32-meter long swimming lane, and a fire pit.
The facility accommodates 12 adults, 4 children, and 2 service staff.
