Villa Eugene is a 5 bedroom spacious villa with stylishly decorated outdoor living spaces that tie nicely the property with the infinity pool overlooking the bay and the southern beach of Kalafatis. Offers excellent access to the nearby water sports center ideal for windsurfers and is a 5 min drive to the beaches of Lia, Agia Anna and Kalo Livadi. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor patios – an architectural layout which is very kids friendly.

Living room with all white ultra modern kitchen – leads to outdoor sitting and dining areas for 12 people and its outdoor BBQ and a Master bedroom with breathtaking front Aegean views with en-suite bathroom and walking in wardrobe
Lower level
One master bedroom with sea view and a fully equipped Yoga studio, two double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and sea view as well, all leading to outdoor patios and with air conditions. A playroom is also found in this level, for the younger spontaneous friends with three single beds and one extra staff bedroom can accommodate up to three more people with three single beds but not air conditioned. Its the right place to feel comfortable and cozy in an easy way!
