Villa Dorothea is a beachfront, traditional villa. Built in two levels.
The ground floor has an open plan sitting area with a fireplace, a dining room and a separate spacious kitchen. The same level includes one bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and available, there is a guest WC.
The upper level has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. The same level comprises of two double bedrooms, one is including an en-suite bathroom and the second has its own extra bathroom. On the same floor there is a spacious sitting area.
The outdoor layout has been designed to offer multiple options! The large swimming pool, shaded dining and sitting areas as well as a tennis court that can be converted to a basketball. The property is located, walking distance to the beach.
The house is built in a large plot in the entrance of Porto Heli port and can provide all you have imagined while being in a high-end destination for summer vacation!
