Designed with comfort, privacy and relaxation in mind, the villa features three inviting living areas, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a private gym and spa facilities, as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool surrounded by generous areas for lounging and entertaining.

On the upper-ground floor, the master bedroom offers a private lounge area, a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with its own heated plunge pool, a walk-in closet and a private office space. A second en-suite bedroom on this level features twin beds and a private bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bathtub, making it an ideal choice for two adults or younger guests.

The ground floor is home to the Family Suite, one of the villa’s five principal bedrooms. It features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a convertible sofa and direct access to the swimming pool area, offering an effortless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Two separate living areas, along with the dining and kitchen spaces, are also located on this level.

On the lower-ground floor, two additional en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, overlook the garden and enjoy views towards Chania’s Old Town and the sea. A spacious multi-use living area provides further room for guests to unwind.

Also located on this level is the optional self-contained studio, a separate space featuring a semi-double bed, a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette. The studio may accommodate up to two additional guests upon request and subject to prior approval.
