Just 300m from the main village of Koufonissi and a few minutes from the sea, Villa Mabelia II is built on a plot of 6300m2, in the private 2 villa traditional architectural complex; surrounded by a large garden, a small melon field and a herbs patch – guests here feel free to pick some of your fresh bio vegetables during your stay!
On the ground floor there is a living room decorated in a traditional Cycladic style with an open plan kitchen, both having access to the outdoor spaces. The 2 double bedrooms en-suite and 1 bedroom with two single beds- all enjoying magnificent sea-views. On the basement there is 1 more bedroom en-suite which sleeps 4 people. It is a small suite and has a queen size bed and two twin beds. In this level, guests have access to the a gym, ping pong, a sauna, hamam, and a jacuzzi.
The large swimming pool in front of the two properties offers panoramic views of the Koufonissi village and the nearby islands ; you can choose to spend your evening by the pool and gaze at the countless stars that decorate the clear skies.
