Set along the shores of Mirabello Bay, Villa Aether is a 440 m² seafront residence in Ammoudara, just four kilometres from Agios Nikolaos. Its minimalist architecture is complemented by artworks collected during the owners’ travels, bringing an individual character to interiors framed by sea and mountain views.
The main living level features a spacious lounge, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with convenient access to the outdoor barbecue area. Large windows welcome the coastal light, while the living spaces open directly onto the pool terrace and gardens. A sea-view master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area completes this level.
Two upper-level bedrooms feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and private sea-view balconies. On the lower level, a further king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms, are accompanied by a cinema and playroom area with a Bang & Olufsen home theatre system. An independent guest room provides additional accommodation separately from the main house.
Outdoors, the 60 m² heated swimming pool overlooks the bay, surrounded by sun loungers, pergola-shaded terraces and gardens planted with local herbs and trees. The barbecue and outdoor dining area set the scene for relaxed meals together, while direct access to the sea and Ammoudara’s public sandy beach makes swimming an effortless part of the day.
Ideal for extended families and groups of friends, Villa Aether combines shared living spaces with accommodation distributed across three levels and a separate guest room.
