Occupying the edge of a peninsula in Ammoudara, Villa Orama enjoys an exceptional waterfront setting on Crete’s northeastern coast. Its 270° panorama stretches across Mirabello Bay towards Agios Nikolaos and the Sitia mountains, bringing the surrounding landscape into almost every aspect of the stay. Locally handcrafted stone and landscaped Mediterranean gardens anchor the 490 m² residence within its expansive 8,360 m² grounds.
The main living level features an open-plan lounge and dining area, alongside a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a central island. Generous windows frame the coastline, while direct access to the terraces connects the interiors with the pool and gardens. Three sea-view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two guest WCs complete this level.
An upper-level bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom and a private veranda overlooking the sea. Two additional en-suite bedrooms occupy the lower level, including one that can be arranged as a double or twin.
