Villa Theodora is a modern, stone built house in Ermioni area, which is located about 13 km away from the picturesque port of Porto Heli, where traditional tavernas are found.

The villa is only 2 minutes by car, away from two beaches. In the large outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds and lounge areas. Also within the property there is a pond with a firepit.

The ground level has large windows offering a fantastic view from the living rooms. The villa has an indoor dining area, accommodating 10 guests. The one kitchen is also located on the same floor and there are two spacious living rooms in total. On the same level is the master en-suite bedroom with sea views. The lower level has 4 more bedrooms a TV room and a second kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite with 2 queen size beds and walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms, include bunk-beds. The one sleeps 4 children and the second 2. Both are with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, there is a guesthouse, completely independent and has a sofa bed and a small fridge.

The house includes high standard amenities, such as a sauna room, a massage room, a private gym fully equipped, a multi court convertible into tennis, basket and football. Many relaxing corners to enjoy some of the scenic evenings in the luscious landscape.
