Villa Alberta, located on the Eastern side of the island, was recently completed. This villa has a great sense of comfortability and endless views. It has multiple lounge areas which provide tranquility, while enjoying the beautiful landscape, as well as, the views of the nearby islands.

The total number of guests accommodated, is 12. The main house consists of three bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms. A spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Moreover, there is a TV room that could be a study/office room and also, can be used as an extra bedroom, since it includes a sofa bed. Two more guest houses are available with a small kitchen and en-suit bathrooms. The guest houses can be accessed independently from their own private terrace, facing the endless sea-views.

The large pool and the two lounge areas, also provide the option of enjoying days in the house with friends and family.

Close to Naousa, only 6 km away and to the closest beach Molos, only 4 km from the villa. Near by coffee shops, bakeries and local stores, all available only a kilometer away.
