Villa Chara I is built on a large plot of farmland in the area of Voutakos, only at short distance of the picturesque fishing village of Alyki. Total villa area is approximately 250 sq.m.

On the ground level a tastefully furnished and decorated living room is complemented by a dining area with the fully equipped open-plan kitchen; the whole space opens, through French-windows, onto large patios and offers stunning sea-views to the west including Antiparos and the sunset. Part of the patio is pergola-covered, offering shade and protection from the Meltemi for the outdoor dining table which comfortably seats twelve. The barbeque is adjacent, as is easy access to the kitchen. A few steps from the veranda is the large swimming pool. On the same level but slightly segregated from the living area is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The upper level: is dedicated to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate office and a balcony and veranda with panoramic views of the surrounding area and the neighboring Cycladic islands.

The lower level: One bedroom with twin beds. Another room with twin beds that can be converted to a double en-suite. Also, a single bedroom with its own bathroom. On the same level there is a guest WC.
